Tours and Retreats

 

In addition to workshops, presentations, consultations,  and healing sessions, we offer periodic tours and retreats hosted at wonderful places around the world.  In 2012 we will return to the magical and sacred landscape of southwest England to explore and experience the annual crop circle phenomenon along with several ancient energy sites.

We have been visiting this area and researching the mysteries and energies of the crop circles for over ten years.

For those unfamiliar with the English countryside and driving peculiarities it is nearly impossible to fully immerse in the crop circles and sacred sites.  This tour provides those with both a spiritual scientific curiosity the opportunity to focus on the energetic experience with all of their food, lodging, and logistical concerns completely taken care of.

In October, M Yoga studio will return to the Italian hills of Umbria for a Yoga of Consciousness retreat.  This unique retreat will address your physical, mental, spiritual and emotional aspects in the secluded hills near In Sabina.  Wonderful healthy food, challenging and expansive asana, uplifting discussion and presentations, and cleansing supportive emotional boosts.
